Korea Genetic Biopharm Co., Ltd. is one of the few agricultural corporations in Korea that makes food using ginseng berries. Park Myeong-ae, CEO of Korea Genetic Biopharm Co., Ltd., said, “Instead of ginseng and red ginseng that everyone else uses, I want to create new value using ginseng berries that no one uses.” Park, who is from Busan, devoted herself to researching ginseng berries and moved her headquarters to Yeoncheon-gun in 2009 to begin full-scale production. She is still investing a lot of money in ginseng berries and is dedicated to research and development.

As a result, our factory located in the clean region of Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do is equipped with cutting-edge facilities and we have acquired various certifications including the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), ISO22000 and U.S FDA facility registration. With these facilities and certifications, we have been producing our Ginseng Khan series, which is made by steaming, fermenting and concentrating, and supplying the product not only domestically, but internationally to China and the U.S. as well.
